First-Time Surrogate: $55,000–$66,000+ total compensation

Experienced Surrogate: $70,000–$90,000+ total compensation

These are recommended starting points only. In the end, you set your own compensation. When you complete your profile you will state your requirements and we will work with you to ensure your needs are met.

Your Compensation Package Includes:

Pre-Pregnancy Payments

Medical and psychological assessment completion bonus
Contract signing bonus
Medication start bonus
Embryo transfer fee

Monthly Compensation

Paid in monthly installments upon confirmation of fetal heartbeat through delivery.

Monthly Non-Accountable Miscellaneous Allowance

Begins the month following confirmation of fetal heartbeat.

Insured Surrogate Bonus

Additional monthly bonus for surrogates whose own health insurance covers the pregnancy.

Additional Compensation

Pregnancy clothing allowance
Twin/multiple pregnancy bonus
C-section fee
Lost wages for you and your spouse/partner for all required appointments and bed rest
Housekeeping during doctor-ordered bed rest

Contingency Fees

Additional fees are in place to cover unexpected circumstances including:

Invasive procedures
Termination for medical reasons
Selective reduction for medical reasons
Dropped cycle
Mock cycle

Insurance

Health insurance provided if yours cannot be used — Medicaid is never used
$750,000 life insurance policy for the duration of your pregnancy
Newborn baby wrapped in a soft blanket

Travel — Always Paid Before You Travel

Mileage, airfare, hotel, parking, tolls, Uber
Food allowance for long travel days
Pet boarding for overnight travel
Additional childcare for surrogacy-related appointments
Companion travel expenses for embryo transfer
